On May 8, the Italian State Police celebrated its 157° anniversary in the beautiful location of Piazza del Popolo in Rome.
For this special event, in collaboration with ABC Srl-Rome who supplied and set up the structure, Ianiro-Alutek designed and implemented an impressive grandstand with roof.
Just a few but significant figures show the impressive size of the tribune and its eye-catching look:the extension of the roof was 60m, with a height of 16m and a front overhang of 18m !
This particular design gave the grandstand a slender and elegant look. Consisting of over 480 elements, the structure integrated standard, heavy duty and high load Trusses.
The grid consisted of different type of trusses : square 29cm and 40cm, flat 40cm, and the new 52x40cm rectangular trusses with fork connections. The structure was stabilized by 14 I-beams IPE designed on purpose for this project to ground the main load-bearing columns. The foundations had a weight of about 12 tons, making necessary the provision of a ballast of 160.000kg.
 
The event, that hosted the highest dignities, represents a valid example of Ianiro Alutek capability to design very large and complex structures by the ultimate technology, though keeping an elegant design. Thanks to the integration of standard trusses with custom designed elements, Ianiro Alutek offers great flexibility and effective solutions to the most demanding customer’s needs. |

Nuovo sistema Ground Support
Si tratta del Ground Support realizzato per alcune date del Tour di Zucchero ed allestito dalla SP Global Service di Vibo Valentia Ianiro Alutek ha fornito il sistema delle torri – che nella configurazione normale prevede l’impiego di otto torri – ma a Padova ne sono state montate solo quattro.
La struttura portante dove sono previsti circa 6000 Kg. di carichi di vario genere, è stata prodotta dall’azienda Lama del Gruppo Pilosio. |

“In occasione del 48° Salone Nautico a Genova, Ianiro ha realizzato in collaborazione con la Adm Events di Torino, 12 sistemi HL100.
Queste nuove strutture a trave piatta in alluminio con altezza di 100 cm. sono componibili in “maglie” di varia misura e collegabili tramite gli appositi agganci a morsetto con i più comuni sistemi di ponteggio multidirezionale esistenti in commercio (Layher, Peri, Pilosio ecc.).
La nuova linea quindi unisce la velocità e praticità di montaggio tipica dei sistemi multidirezionali con le caratteristiche di portata, movimentazione e immagazzinamento delle grandi travi piatte in alluminio.
A Genova sono stati installati 12 sistemi indipendenti di 18x3 metri ciascuno in maglia di 3x3 metri appositamente realizzati per il Salone Nautico e sospesi sul padiglione con delle travi in ferro HEA120.
I 12 sistemi nel complesso sono serviti per la sospensione di grafiche di vario tipo e di diversi corpi illuminanti. La superficie coperta dall’intero sistema è di 96 x 40 metri per un totale di circa 3.840 Mq.” |
